uma artista digital do Brasil, mas de vez em quando faço também mídia mixada (colagem, photobashing, massinha de modelar...) pois é divertido e chega a ser terapêutico brincar com tantos meios na tentativa de expressar minha linguagem do meu mundo ao exterior. mas apenas como um hobby, eu não pretendo levar isso profissionalmente, eu diria! porém, às vezes eu pego encomendas de ilustrações ou pedidos em meu tempo minúsculo; tenho um grande afeto de traduzir coisas para minha própria visão artística.

você talvez pode me considerar um sujeito bastante peculiar! pelos meus modos, minha relação questionável com formas, objetos, brinquedos e o abstrato, minhas preferências e como me expresso sobre meu mundo pictórico podem provar essa afirmação, eu acho. também faço parte da comunidade queer e autista, diagnosticada.

mainly digital artist, based on brasil. sometimes i do mixed media (collage, photobashing, playdough...) since it's fun and almost therapeutic to play around with so many ways in an attempt to express my artistic language abroad. just a hobby though, i do not intend to take this professionally, per say! however in many occasions i take illustration commissions or requests on my teeny beety meety time.

you can consider me quite-the-quaint fellow! for my manners, my questionable relationship with shapes, objects, toys and the abstract, my preferences and how i express myself upon my pictorical world might prove this statement, i think. i am also part of the queer and autistic community, diagnosted.

here is the list of things me like in general, although i did not list every single thing, i selected only the ones i either feel strongly about, am nostalgic for, if the message resonates with me or has some trait(s) that i particularly am very, very into. this also apply to games, movies, comics etc. i have listed in the next sections.

  • comics and animation! especially if they evoke the charm, the whimsy but also slightly bleak feel.

  • anything that can be labeled as amateuris, kitsch, tacky and weird.

  • i have strong feelings for antique plushies, trinkets, toys, puppets and nutcrackers, especially them.

  • super fond of suprematism, folk art, whimsicraft, vectorheart and memphis jr. art movements.

  • clowns, jesters and mimes... such humorous critters!

  • textures, being natural or artificial to simulate the real thing. also the dithering process has a phenomenal eye candy visual identity; delicious bits!

  • music, something i CANNOT ignore! #MUSIC4LIFE

  • i am always down to hear "useless yap"; please tell me about your niche obscure shovelware game that the entire planet forgot about!

aqui está a lista de coisas que eu gosto em geral, embora eu não listei todas as coisas, eu selecionei apenas aqueles que eu senti algo fortemente, nostalgia, se sua mensagem ressoou comigo ou há algum traço(s) que eu particularmente curto bastante. isso também se aplica a jogos, filmes, quadrinhos etc. que eu listei nas próximas seções.

  • quadrinhos e animação! especialmente se eles evocam charme, excentricidade, mas tendo um pouco de uma sensação desoladora.

  • qualquer coisa que pode ser rotulado por amador, 'kitsch', brega e estranho.

  • eu tenho fortes sentimentos com pelúcias, bugigangas, brinquedos, bonecos e especialmente quebra-nozes antiquadas.

  • tenho super afeição aos movimentos artísticos suprematismo, arte popular, whimsicraft, vectorheart e memphis jr.

  • palhaços, bufões e mímicos... criaturas tão bem humoradas!

  • texturas, sendo naturais ou artificiais para simular a coisa real. também o processo de 'dithering' tem uma identidade visual fenomenal; bits deliciosos!

  • música, algo que eu não posso ignorar! #MUSIC4PARA100PRE

  • eu sempre estou de ouvidos abertos quando é pra escutar "tagarelice inútil"; por favor, me conte sobre o seu jogo 'shovelware' nichado que todo o planeta já esqueceu!

i lean towards more instrumental music, not really into vocals all that much. there is some exceptions though, giggles. but it might be the reason why that i am not too fond of musicals, unfortunately. you can check what are my favorite music genres ahead!

just like anyone else, i have some game genre preferences. platformers and point 'n' click games to be exact! sadly, i do not play games as much as i would want to, due to a lack of free time and well, patience. i often watch someone else play the game instead of playing it myself, as counterintuitive as that may sound. anyhow, it does not invalidate the i way i experience said game.

wowsers, my awesum' possum art... delving into my artworks you will prolly catch that i am more comfortable in drawing subjects in a cartoon-oriented way, but i have a tendency to play with other artistic languages. sticking to just one style does not feel right to me personally, you know? if such style hooks my interest I will definitely draw something inspired by it. my motto is to draw whatever that peaks my psique simply because i can.
